If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase please email us at [email protected]. We will happily offer an exchange, store credit or refund on all full priced items returned within 30 days of goods being received, however it is your responsibility to pay the shipping costs involved.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with BoldB tags attached and proof of purchase supplied. Please pack all pieces carefully, as we will not accept pieces which have been damaged in return transit.

Items purchased from one of our independent stockists should be returned to their place of purchase. Returns will be accepted at the discretion of each individual store.
